  • No self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or IP overlaps allowed.
  • Default commission rates apply upon agent registration:
  • Agent Level 1: 35%
  • Agent Level 2: 30%
  • Agent Level 3: 25%
  • Agent Level 4: 20%
  • Commission rate adjustments can be requested by contacting the Agent Manager via Telegram and are subject to approval.
  • Net Revenue is calculated as:
  • Net Revenue = (Total Bets – Total Wins) – Bonuses – Admin Fees
  • Settlement is done weekly, every Tuesday at 9:00 AM.
  • If the commission balance is negative, it will be carried over to the next settlement period until it becomes positive.
  • Commission from unverified or fraudulent activity will not be paid.
  • Commission is credited to the Agent Commission Balance on the agent page.
  • To withdraw funds, agents must convert Agent Commission Balance to Site Balance.
  • Conversion is not allowed if the commission balance is negative.
  • The minimum commission amount required for conversion is ₱100.
  • Payouts are made via player wallet or supported payment channels.
  • Technical issues may delay settlements or payouts; the company is not liable for delays or losses.
  • Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes.
  • This program is subject to the general WildSpinz Terms & Conditions.
